Johnson County Westside is a district which was consolidated in 1983. The lower elementary campus (K-3) is located in Hartman and the upper elementary (4-6) and high school (7-12) campuses are located in Coal Hill. The district serves approximately 625 students, K-12. The teachers and staff are very dedicated to the profession. This is why students at Westside have maintained adequately yearly progress on state mandated testing.

I am excited to serve the students, staff and parents of the district as superintendent. This is my twenty fourth year in education. I taught elementary for 14 years, was elementary principal at Hackett for 2 years, assistant superintendent at Mansfield for 5 years, and am in my third year as superintendent at Westside. I am happy to provide opportunities at Westside for students to become all they can be!

If you need more information about the Westside School District, the central office number is 479-497-1991. My e-mail is
