General Information

All school own devices such as Chrome books, iPad, Laptops, School Cell Phones will use the Falcon WiFi.  These device are normally done by us in the Technology Department before products are shipped to your classrooms.

If it is your personal device such as your personal cell phone, iPad, Kindle, laptop or anything that was NOT purchased by the school will have to use the Private WiFi.  

To use the Private WiFi you will have to first have to choose the WiFi then go to your products web browser.  There will be a splash screen that tells you about the internet policies and at the bottom you will see a user name and password.


For students: Username is your lunchroom #

                        Password is your password for windows and email for the school.


For Teachers (Personal devices only): Username is your USERNAME for here at the school is for your email.

                                                                      Password is whatever your password for here at school is for your email.


First you will need to remove it from your inventory list.  Then you will need to submit a work order for it to be removed from your classroom.

We use the freshdesk ticket service to keep track of all the different issues around campus.  To login into the ticket service you will

  1. Go to the technology page on this website
  3. Then off to the right hand side you will see a GOOGLE button
  4. Click the google button.  
  5. It may ask you for permission and you will click ALLOW.
  6. Then fill out your work order.

Per Arkansas State Law school computer network user have to change their password every 90 days.  If you can’t login then your password maybe expired.  If you think you or your students password has expired call computer services immedaitely so we can get it reset for you.
